LOCO Pickleball Christmas 25 Competition

LOCO Pickleball Xmas Radcliffe.jpeg

Radcliffe-on-Trent Intermediates

Our pickleball players truly went to town, donning their Christmas gear for our festive Christmas Rally 21 competitions, held across all our venues in the lead-up to the Christmas break.

We were treated to elves, a Christmas tree, reindeers — and even one very suspect, muscle-bound Christmas hunk! The competitions were as tight as Santa’s belt on Boxing Day, but everything was played in the true spirit of Christmas and enjoyed by all

Congratulations to our winners — Hari, Phil T, Alan S, Nick M, Pippa, and Mark T — and a huge thank you to everyone who took part and made it such a fun and memorable event.

Loco Pickelball ~ Lowdham Members Ladies Night

LLadies' Night at Lowdham
What a night! Fabulous company, flowing drinks, tasty bites, and music that had toes tapping (and maybe even a few hips shaking). But of course, the real star of the evening? Three glorious hours of Pickleball mayhem — complete with laughter, questionable shots, surprise winners, and a whole lot of competitive spirit disguised as “just for fun.”

Who knew smashing a wiffle ball around could be this glamorous?

Loco Pickelball ~ First Team Match

A Proud Milestone for LOCO Pickleball!

The 4th June 2025 marked a special day in LOCO Pickleball’s journey, as eight of our players took part in our very first friendly team match against the well-established Caunton Picklers.

With energy, determination, and outstanding sportsmanship, our team gave it everything — and secured a brilliant 36–12 victory! Not bad at all for a club that’s only 6 months old still finding its feet!

A huge round of applause to our fantastic team: Hari, Helen, Carl, Pippa, John, Kevin, Julie, and Cath. You all played superbly, and we couldn’t be prouder. And let’s be honest — with coaches like ours, was there ever any doubt?

Here’s to many more matches, new friendships, and memorable wins on the court. 🏆
